Guarantee
Guarantee on the tooth treatments
Condition for guarantee is annual screening. End result of the dental treatment is influenced by the medical conditions of the patient, by the hygienic methods for which the dentist can not take guarantee. Inflammation of the dental pulp and of gum is not covered by guarantee. Guarantee refers to the handed over tooth structure.
Guarantee is valid if the patient
- takes part on the annual screening
- keeps the hygienic recommendation given by the dentist and cleans the tooth structure in line with the instructions
- the failure of the structure (crown, inlay, bridge, denture, etc.) is the result of the working steps.
Guarantee is not valid if the patient
- does not take part on the annual screening
- does not keep the hygiene recommendations of the dentist
- does not use the tooth structure on the intended way (drops, hits, hurts himself, etc),
- bites on a bone, on a seed or on a hard material, winds the porcelain crown with a tearing movement
- eats too hot or cold dishes
- does not make the bite easing inlay prepared or does not wear it during the night; as a result of which the porcelain crown might crack, break.
Thermal-Dent Kft. takes guarantee only to those treatments and tooth structures which were prepared by the dentists of Thermal-Dent Kft. Guarantee covers only the repair of the tooth replacement or in some cases covers the preparation of a new structure. Guarantee does not cover the travelling, accommodation, staying and for other costs (e.g. missing from work).
