Accurate anamnesis is very important when we meet the patient at the first time as well as the accurate inspection which ensure the possibility for preparing the treatment plan. During the inspection the dentist checks the face, touches the ganglions (extra oral inspection) and then intra- mouth inspections are carried out. After inspecting the teeth the gum (gingival), mycoderm (bucca, lips), palate and tongue are examined; we keep emphasizing its importance as the number of cancer is continuously increasing nowadays.
